植物信号实时监测与地方种质资源保护研究团队

一、团队简介:

植物电信号和化学信号实时监测及其作用机制研究以番茄和拟南芥为研究对象,结合微流控技术,研究植物在受到环境或外界刺激后,植物体内电信号和化学信号的产生、传输及其互作机制。植物电信号是植物对外界环境刺激做出的最初响应,在植物细胞内、细胞间进行信息传递,进一步启动植物体内的化学信号如过氧化氢、植物激素分子等,从而对植物生长发育、抗病抗逆反应进行调节。该研究方向具有较强的学科交叉性和跨学科特点,涉及植物学、植物生理学、分子生物学、电分析化学、纳米材料和信息等学科,研究成果具有重要理论和现实意义,具有良好的发展前景。

二、团队负责人简介:

孙利军,男,南通大学生命科学学院,教授,硕士生导师。博士毕业于浙江大学 植物病理学专业,美国普渡大学访问学者,先后入选江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师(2016.05)、江苏省第十四批“六大人才高峰”高层次人才培养对象(2017.10)、江苏省高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人(2021.06)、江苏省科技小院首席专家(2025.06)、江苏省乡村振兴特聘专家(2025.07)。先后主持江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家自然科学基金面上以及南通市自然科学基金重点项目各1项。研究成果:发表SCI论文38篇,其中中科院1区SCI论文14篇,H指数为17,引用次数为1000次。 教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心第五轮学科评估专家,Lab on a Chip等一区TOP国际学术期刊的受邀论文评审人。

赵祥强,男,农学博士,副教授,硕士生导师,主要从事植物种质资源学、农田景观生态学、生态农业技术和盐碱地生态改良等方面的研究和科技推广工作。

张亚莉,女,理学博士,副教授,硕士生导师。要从事微流控技术、植物信号分子检测等方面的研究工作。主持项目:南通市科技计划项目1项,江苏省自然科学基金项目1项以及国家自然科学基金项目1项。研究成果:发表SCI论文15篇。

张华丽,女,哈尔滨工业大学工学博士、副教授、硕士生导师。南通市江海英才、 江苏省双创计划人才。主要从事微流控技术、微纳加工等方面的研究工作。主持项目:江苏省自然科学基金项目1项,南通市科技计划项目2项。研究成果:发表学术论文三十余篇,其中SCI收录5篇。申请发明专利11件,其中获授权2件.

徐松芝,女,中国科学院植物研究所,植物学博士,讲师,发表SCI论文10篇,主持南通市级项目2项。

汤玲娟,女,华东师范大学分析化学专业硕士,,助理研究员,参与国家自然科学基金面上1项。研究成果:发表 SCI 论文9篇(其中以第一作者发表SCI论文6篇)。发表SCI 论文6篇。

谈蓉,女,湖北大学植物生物学硕士,讲师,发表SCi论文3篇。
