  1. 团队简介:

南通大学“组织器官发育和相关疾病的遗传调控”团队的主要研究方向为:1、生理和病理条件下血管新生的遗传调控;2、神经发育以及相关疾病的发病机制;3、基于血管内皮细胞、毛细胞和运动神经元行为的化合物筛选。团队在模式生物斑马鱼和小鼠模型上,利用多种遗传操作技术、活体成像、高通量测序等手段探索相关疾病的发病机制和干预的理论依据。

二、团队负责人简介:

刘东 博士, 教授, 博士生导师。江苏省杰出青年基金获得者、江苏省第五期“333高层次人才培养工程”培养对象、江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才培养对象、获江苏省“双创计划”资助。他是美国心脏协会American Heart Association会员,中国解剖学会再生医学专业委员会委员,中国生物物理学会听觉分会委员,青年委员会常务委员。近三年来发表SCI论文30篇,累计影响因子超过130,其中以通讯作者发表SCI 论文20篇,其中包括知名杂志CardiovascularResearch、Cell Research和Oncogene等。近5年来以项目主持人身份获得共10项国家级、省部级科研以及人才项目资助。
