近日，巩杰博士在 《Frontiers in Molecular Neuroscience》期刊发表学术论文《The Requirement of Sox2 for the Spinal Cord Motor Neuron Development of Zebrafish》。

    研究发现Sox2基因定位于脊髓运动神经元，通过调节神经元的分化和神经元轴突的形态，在运动神经元的发育中起积极的调控作用。
