特色经济作物创新研究与利用团队
一、团队简介
南通大学特色经济作物创新研究与利用团队主要围绕经济作物种质资源创新、重要性状基因挖掘及遗传改良、功能营养成分分析与利用等开展研究。
主要研究方向:
(1)亚麻油用及纤维品质性状功能基因挖掘和分子设计育种。
(2)亚麻、红麻、秋葵、紫苏等经济作物功能营养保健成分研究,耐盐碱机理研究。
二、团队负责人简介
孙健,副教授,硕士生导师,东北农业大学博士,中国农业科学院麻类研究所博士后,香港中文大学访问学者。Frontiers in Plant Science、International Journal of Molecular Sciences、Plants审稿专家。中国农业生物技术协会会员,江苏省植物生理学会会员。主持国家自然科学基金1项、省部级科研项目1项、地厅级科研项目3项;以第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇,包括中科院一区论文5篇;参与审定植物新品种6个。
三、团队成员
谢冬微,副教授,硕士生导师,东北农业大学博士,中国农业科学院麻类研究所博士后,香港中文大学访问学者,中国农业科学院麻类研究所科技创新工程“骨干专家”。主持国家自然科学基金2项、省部级科研项目2项、地厅级科研项目3项;以第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇,其中中科院一区(TOP)论文4篇,中文核心期刊论文10余篇;获省自然科学三等奖1项。
刘鑫燕,讲师,扬州大学博士,主要从事作物遗传学与生理学研究。发表SCI收录论文2篇,多篇中文核心期刊论文。主持江苏省普通高校研究生科研创新计划项目1项,参与江苏省科技计划项目、南通市科技计划项目各1项。
